Manager


Role Overview


This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for someone who can ideate, execute, and manage

social media end-to-end. From building engaging content calendars to sparking conversations in the community, you’ll be the voice of the brand across digital platforms.

You will work directly with the founders and creative partners to create campaigns, ideate ads, and launch new formats like podcasts and live sessions.


Key Responsibilities


• Content Planning & Execution

◦ Create monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and

brand vision.

◦ Write engaging captions, scripts, and briefs for designers/editors.

◦ Ideate new content formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Podcasts, Live sessions).

• Community Management

◦ Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, groups, and discussions.

◦ Build and nurture a strong community around the brand ethos.

◦ Respond to queries in brand voice and escalate leads to sales/consultation teams.

• Campaigns & Ads

◦ Support performance marketing team/agency by ideating ad creatives and campaign

hooks.

◦ Repurpose organic content into paid media creatives.

• Podcast & Multimedia◦ Manage podcast planning: scheduling, guest coordination, script

outlines.

◦ Repurpose podcast content into short clips, quotes, reels, and newsletters.

• Analytics & Insights

◦ Track growth, engagement, and campaign performance.

◦ Suggest improvements and new growth experiments.

• Trendspotting

◦ Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, and industry shifts to keep the brand fresh

and relevant.


Requirements


• 2–4 years of experience in social media / content marketing / community management.

• Proven ability to create or manage engaging content calendars.

• Comfort with content tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar) + scheduling tools

(Buffer, Later, etc.).

• Strong copywriting & communication skills.

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and podcast platforms.

• Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics + storytelling.

• Bonus: Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or spirituality brands.
