We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to handle customer support and shipping coordination. The role involves replying to customer queries via chat, email, and calls, ensuring quick and accurate responses. The candidate will also manage NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) with courier partners, resolve delivery issues, and follow up with customers to reduce RTO cases. Requirements: Good communication skills (English/Hindi), basic Excel/Google Sheets, problem-solving attitude. Prior experience in e-commerce customer support or logistics (Shiprocket, Shipyaari, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
