Social Media Marketing Manager – UGC & B2B Storytelling

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who knows how to make brands feel human. If you love transforming complex B2B stories into viral, scroll-stopping Reels and short-form content — this is your stage. You’ll be the driving force behind our UGC-led social media strategy, blending community-driven storytelling with data-backed execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Your goal? Build conversations, spark emotion, and make our brand the one people talk about — not just follow.

What You’ll Do

  • Own our social presence:

    Build, plan, and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and X with a focus on UGC, Reels, and storytelling.
  • Turn users into creators:

    Launch and scale UGC campaigns that encourage customers, partners, and influencers to create authentic content that fuels brand trust.
  • Craft B2B that feels B2C:

    Translate complex ideas into relatable short-form stories, case-study clips, and product Reels that resonate with business audiences.
  • Experiment relentlessly:

    Identify trends early, jump on viral sounds, and test new formats to stay one step ahead of the algorithm.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:

    Partner with design, product, and marketing teams to align every post with company narratives and GTM launches.
  • Measure what matters:

    Track engagement, conversions, and brand sentiment; use insights to double down on what’s performing.
  • Be the brand voice:

    Engage with our followers, creators, and clients — fostering conversations that turn engagement into opportunity.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in

    social media marketing

    , preferably for a

    B2B SaaS

    or tech brand.
  • Proven track record of growing engagement through

    UGC and Reels/TikTok-style content

    .
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills — witty when needed, polished when it counts.
  • Proficiency with basic design or video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
  • A deep understanding of how to build

    LinkedIn credibility

    while keeping Instagram and TikTok fun, human, and relatable.
  • Awareness of the latest content trends, influencer collaborations, and creator-driven marketing strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience managing influencer or micro-creator partnerships to drive authentic brand growth.
