Social Media Marketing Manager : About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who lives and breathes trends, storytelling, and analytics. You’ll be the voice of our brand across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok — building our presence, driving engagement, and turning followers into fans and customers. What You’ll Do Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with our brand and marketing goals Own content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok Write engaging, platform-specific copy and work with our design team to bring posts to life Build our presence among B2B audiences on LinkedIn and Twitter while keeping us fun and fresh on Instagram and TikTok Monitor conversations and trends, engage with our audience, and manage community responses Launch creative campaigns, product announcements, thought leadership, and UGC (user-generated content) Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy based on what’s working (and what’s not) Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for cross-functional storytelling What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally for a SaaS or B2B brand Proven experience managing company pages/accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a knack for witty, professional, or viral messaging as needed Strong understanding of social media analytics, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) A strategic thinker who can also get hands-on with execution Up to date with the latest platform features, trends, and social best practices Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing or working with micro-creators
