Job Description:

MediaTechTemple is hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Pixels, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. You will independently plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, develop Instagram & YouTube growth strategies, and drive measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Build lead generation funnels and performance-driven ad strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI, leads, and conversions.
• Develop Instagram & YouTube growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and video content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and ad platform trends.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Strong knowledge of targeting, retargeting, audience creation, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
• Knowledge of Pixels, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (a plus).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
