As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Maarque Up, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and generate measurable results across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure our clients’ stories are communicated effectively and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to brand objectives.
• Create engaging, trend-driven content (Reels, carousels, posts, and stories).
• Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on social media platforms.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure creative excellence.
• Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and foster meaningful connections.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in

  Social Media Marketing & Strategy

  (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Hands-on experience in running

  paid ad campaigns

  (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Creativity in content ideation with good knowledge of copywriting basics.
• Analytical mindset to interpret insights and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Salary Structure

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

  (based on skills and experience).
