Giftsunboud Pvt Ltd is a growing Indian marketplace where users can buy and sell e-vouchers and discount vouchers (Amazon, Zomato, Flipkart, etc.). We're building a trusted, user-driven platform for people to save money, earn money, and find the best deals on digital vouchers.

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and social media-obsessed person to take our brand to the next level.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, etc.)

• Craft compelling captions, content ideas, and visuals for each post

• Use trends, reels, memes, and creative storytelling to grow the brand

2. Community Engagement

• Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, polls, stories, etc.

• Manage Telegram/WhatsApp groups and spark conversations

• Monitor what users are saying about the brand or platform

3. Content Creation (Light Design & Video)

• Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools

• Work with video editors (or edit yourself) for reels/shorts

• Collaborate with influencers for UGC or collab content

4. Analytics & Growth

• Track weekly/monthly metrics: follower growth, engagement, link clicks

• Run low-budget promotions (boosts, giveaways, contests)

• Use insights to improve and experiment

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in managing social media accounts for a startup, D2C brand, or influencer

• Proficiency in Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter

• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

• Understanding of Indian users, trends, meme culture, and voucher/savings behavior

• Strong writing skills (English + Hinglish preferred)

• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or deal-based brands
