Social Media Marketing Manager

ShiftUp is a fast-growing doorstep car detailing brand operating in Kolkata looking for a digital marketer experienced in running ads on Meta and Google.

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven social media marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google). The role focuses on generating high-quality leads for our doorstep services at the lowest possible acquisition cost, while improving ROI month on month.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
• Drive lead generation through WhatsApp funnels, landing pages, and instant form campaigns.
• Constantly A/B test creatives, ad copies, CTAs, and audience segments.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, report on KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Collaborate with content/design teams to create effective ad creatives (video, static, reels).
• Build remarketing funnels to re-engage warm leads and website visitors.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to refine campaigns.
• Optimize budgets across cities to maximize leads within target CPL.
• Track full-funnel journey (from click to WhatsApp chat to closed sale) and improve conversion rate.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Key Requirements

• 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns, not just awareness.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, Zapier/Make.com integrations is a plus.
• Ability to manage ₹5L+ monthly budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of Indian tier1/tier2 consumer behavior.
• Self-starter with a focus on measurable results, not vanity metrics.

KPIs for Success

• Improve WhatsApp-to-sale conversion % through better ad quality.
• Deliver consistent ROAS growth quarter on quarter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
