As a Sales Executive at Shiftup, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include converting leads into successful customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing day-to-day operations to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
-Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable ceramic coating solutions.
-Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Conversion:
-Effectively convert leads into successful and satisfied customers.
-Utilize persuasive communication skills to highlight the benefits of Shiftup's ceramic coating services.
-Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with potential clients.
Day-to-Day Operations:
-Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of ceramic coating services.
-Monitor and manage schedules, ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.
-Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
Reporting:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
