Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager who can lead strategy, manage multiple brand accounts, and confidently handle client communication and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy across all platforms tailored to each brand's goals.

• Be the client’s go-to—gather briefs, build trust, align efforts with business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance) to deliver cohesive campaigns.

• Manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and accountability.

• Track performance present reports, and pitch fresh, trend-aligned ideas.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in social media & client servicing (agency experience preferred).

• Proven success with brands in healthcare, lifestyle, fashion, real estate, education etc.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.

• Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, engagement patterns, and platform best practices.

• Great at juggling tasks, timelines, and team inputs with calm and clarity.
