Social Media Marketing Intern

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to take charge of storytelling, content strategy, influencer collaborations, and community building for our premium fashion brand:

Sarha – Women’s Ethnic Wear

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, BTS, brand stories) across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Bring the brand’s voice to life through creative formats, keeping authenticity at the center.

Influencer Collaborations & UGC Management:

• Identify, vet, and collaborate with relevant fashion/lifestyle influencers and creators for both organic and paid partnerships.

• Actively drive UGC (user-generated content) campaigns to build community trust and excitement.

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Own our DMs, comments, and community spaces. Build genuine relationships, respond thoughtfully, and turn audiences into brand advocates.

Trend Spotting & Viral Content Execution:

• Stay 5 steps ahead of fashion and social media trends — and creatively apply them to boost reach, relevance, and engagement.

Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) & Personal Branding:

• Capture and create behind-the-scenes content that showcases the heart, hustle, and personality behind our brands.

• Support personal branding initiatives for the founder and leadership team.

Who You Are:

• Having hands-on experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• A storyteller at heart with a deep love for fashion, aesthetics, and community-building.
• Fluent in Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.). Light video editing skills are a bonus!
• Always ahead on social media algorithms, pop culture, and emerging digital trends.
• Highly organized with a knack for planning content calendars — yet agile enough to jump on trends!
• Strong communicator — you engage with communities, not just post at them.
