We bring together comfort, style, and real-world functionality. 🎯 Your Role We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can elevate our brand through engaging, story-led content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll help turn our bold, feminine voice into high-performing campaigns, managing everything from ideation to execution. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with growth goals Shoot, produce, and edit Reels, Stories, posts—end-to-end Curate content calendars and plan campaigns in collaboration with the design and founder team Stay ahead of trends; adapt them to fit Salics’ brand and aesthetics Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, CTRs) to inform strategy Manage influencer relationships and partnerships Capture behind-the-scenes moments on shoots Engage with followers—DMs, comments, UGC, reposts Propose new campaign ideas, influencer tie-ups, interactive hooks ✅ What We’re Looking For 1+ years experience with fashion, fitness, or D2C brands—preferably in a social media–centric role Expertise in Reels and Instagram multimedia storytelling; contemporary and authentic visual voice Independent shooter and video editor (mobile-friendly tools like CapCut, InShot are a plus) Skilled with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics platforms Creative thinker who loves experimentation and ideation Proactive and detail-oriented—it’s a small, impact-driven team Able to craft campaigns that emotionally resonate and promote product benefits 🎨 Why You’ll Love Us Work in a women-led, all-women creative studio Gain full ownership of Salics’ social presence Flexible hybrid working with collaborative energy Lucrative growth potential—strong performance may lead to full-time role 📩 How to Apply Send your CV, social handles, and portfolio (Reels, campaigns, graphics) to sonal@salicsclothing.com.
