We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s not just passionate about fashion and branding — but genuinely loves creating engaging, story-driven content. This role is perfect for someone who’s already brought creative brand pages to life and knows how to turn aesthetics into high-performing posts, reels, and campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing: Create, Schedule and Manage Salics’ social media platforms with a consistent brand voice Designing, Planning, shooting (must-have), and editing content — captions, visuals, and reels that reflect the Salics tone — bold, feminine, and real Collaborate with our design and founder team on campaign storytelling Spot and leverage trends that align with our visual and brand values Analyze social metrics (reach, engagement, CTRs) and use insights to optimize strategy Collaborating with influencers and creators for campaigns and partnerships Assisting in photo/video shoots (including behind-the-scenes content) Ideating creative campaigns that build brand love and engagement Engage with community: respond to DMs, comments, and manage reposts Suggest influencer partnerships, viral campaign ideas, and unique social hooks What We’re Looking For: Prior experience working with fashion, fitness, or D2C brands Strong visual storytelling skills across Reels and Instagram Brings original ideas to the table — loves brainstorming and creative experimentation Ability to shoot and edit engaging video & photo content independently Proficient in graphic design & editing skills with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite A proactive, organized, and self-driven individual who thrives in a creative environment Can turn product benefits into emotional storytelling 📩 To apply: Email your CV and portfolio or handles you've worked on to sonal@salicsclothing.com We can’t wait to see what you bring to the table!
