We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media Operations Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities, coordinate with clients, assign tasks to the internal team, and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Coordination

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

* Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal team.

* Gather briefs, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of social media assets.

* Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and professionalism.

Task Assigning & Team Coordination

* Assign tasks to content creators, designers, and copywriters based on project timelines and priorities.

* Track the status of tasks using project management tools.

* Ensure deadlines are met and escalate any delays or bottlenecks to management.

* Maintain an organised workflow between different departments.

Social Media Marketing

* Oversee content scheduling and publishing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

* Monitor engagement and performance metrics, and assist in preparing client reports.

* Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain effective.

* Support in creating or reviewing content strategies and monthly plans.

* Coordinate with ad specialists or media buyers if running paid campaigns.

Qualifications:

* 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, account management, or digital operations.

* Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.

* Experience using project management and social media scheduling tools.

* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

* Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,887.25 per month
