Social Media Marketing Manager



Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute engaging content that aligns with Ravan.ai’s brand goals, keeping in line with the latest industry trends and platform algorithms.
  • Craft impactful posts, stories, and videos, ensuring content resonates with our audience and reinforces our brand’s mission.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead social media campaigns from start to finish, optimizing them to meet KPIs and contribute to Ravan.ai’s broader marketing goals.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and video creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that meets audience expectations.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Regularly track and analyze content performance, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, and CTR.
  • Use data insights to refine and improve strategies for future content.

Trend Awareness:

  • Stay on top of emerging social media trends, content creation tools, and AI innovations to keep Ravan.ai’s content fresh and relevant.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster positive interactions with our followers, building an engaged community around Ravan.ai’s innovative AI products and services.

Growth Ownership:

  • Take charge of expanding our brand’s presence online. Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness through well-executed content strategies.

Paid Campaigns & Collaborations (Bonus):

  • Manage paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations, leveraging paid media strategies to extend the brand's reach.


Skills Required:

  1. Proven experience in managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  2. Strong command of content planning, writing, and visual direction.
  3. Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
  4. Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
  5. Ability to collaborate with designers, editors, and video creators.
  6. Strong grip on analytics & reporting (reach, engagement, CTR).


Bonus:

  • Experience with paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and AI tools for content.
