Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Title:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to manage and grow our presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. This is a 90-day paid internship designed for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and video-first strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content across platforms.
• Create engaging creatives such as posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, and basic graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Focus heavily on video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Suggest and execute strategies to boost organic reach, follower growth, and audience engagement.
• Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and viral formats to optimize content performance.
• Plan content calendars and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and launches.
• Analyze insights and performance metrics, and provide weekly reports with improvement suggestions.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, community management, and responding to comments/messages.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus
