The team at Growth Gravy is young(under 30), dedicated, and creative, working closely with clients to ensure their success and exponential growth.

Office Location: Panaji, Goa

Timings: 9:30 onwards

Work mode: Hybrid Available - after first 3 months

What you’ll Do:

• Help brainstorm and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Assist in planning and scheduling posts that align with brand goals
• Stay on top of trends (and maybe start a few of your own )
• Track engagement, performance, and audience insights
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to bring ideas to life

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative thinker with a love for storytelling and digital trends
• Good communication and writing skills (wit is a bonus 😉)
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or any design/editing tool is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment
