Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in managing social media campaigns for diverse clients, learning directly from industry experts. You will contribute to creating engaging content, growing online communities, and supporting overall digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various platforms.
• Monitor social media for trends, engagement, and community management.
• Support the development of social media calendars and content plans.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams for brand consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for engaging visual content.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility

• Completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Students/freshers passionate about social media and marketing are welcome.
• Prior experience managing personal or academic social media pages is a bonus.
• Based in Dehradun (Work from Office, Mon-Fri, 10 AM-5 PM).
• Must be available for a minimum of 6 months for the internship duration.
