Social Media Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative

    social media strategies

    to grow brand awareness and engagement across

    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Plan, create, and manage

    content calendars

    , ensuring consistent and engaging storytelling aligned with the brand voice.
  • Script, host, and participate in

    podcasts, interviews, and brand videos

    as a confident

    on-screen representative

    of the company.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality

    visuals, reels, and promotional videos

  • Ideate and manage

    social media campaigns

    that drive traffic, leads, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling

    captions, blogs, and marketing copies

    that align with campaign goals and brand tone.
  • Monitor and analyze

    social media insights and performance metrics

  • Stay updated with the latest

    social media trends, digital marketing practices, and platform algorithms

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management

    and

    content creation

    across major platforms.
  • Excellent

    on-camera presence

    with strong verbal communication confident enough to

    host podcasts, interviews, or ad shoots.

  • Proficiency in video editing tools

    such as In-shot, VN, or CapCut, and familiarity with

    reel and short-form content trends

  • Strong

    storytelling and copywriting

    skills for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of

    digital marketing fundamentals
