Role Overview:

As a Social Media Intern, you'll support our marketing team in developing and executing creative content strategies especially for Instagram Reels and other social platforms. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) aligned with our brand tone and audience interests.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new creative content ideas.
• Research and stay updated with current trends, viral content, and platform algorithms to enhance reach and visibility.
• Help in managing daily social media posts, captions, and scheduling.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, company culture highlights, and event coverage.
• Track and report performance metrics on different content pieces.
• Support the team in maintaining brand consistency and content quality across platforms.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: 01 year of experience (freshers with relevant skills are welcome).
• Skills:
• Basic video editing (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Creative mindset with good storytelling and visual sense
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating interactive video content
• Strong understanding of Instagram and trending social media features
• Soft Skills: Good communication, enthusiasm to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
