We work with brands across industries to build strong online presence and measurable growth. Job OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media Account Manager with at least 6 months of hands-on experience to manage client accounts, plan and execute social media strategies, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and confident in handling multiple brands simultaneously. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account ManagementManage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple clients Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients Understand client goals, brand voice, and industry trends Conduct regular client calls/meetings and provide updates Handle client feedback and ensure timely implementation Social Media Strategy & PlanningCreate monthly social media strategies and content calendars Suggest creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives Plan platform-wise content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers Content & PublishingReview captions, creatives, reels, and stories before posting Ensure content follows brand guidelines and social media best practices Schedule and publish posts using tools or native platforms Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement (as per account scope) Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and leads Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Analyze insights and suggest improvements for better results Monitor competitors and industry trends Team CoordinationAssign tasks and timelines to creative teams Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Maintain smooth internal communication Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and basic trends Knowledge of content planning, reels, stories, and engagement strategies Basic understanding of analytics and insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience working in a digital marketing agency Knowledge of social media scheduling tools Basic understanding of paid ads and lead campaigns Canva or creative review experience What We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse brands and industries Creative and collaborative work environment Growth opportunities in digital marketing and strategy Hands-on learning and skill development
