Role and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Trend Hunting

●       Create daily content around Bollywood, Pollywood, artists, and entertainment culture

●       Track trending news, celebrity updates, gossip, and moments that matter

●       Convert pop culture into entertaining reels, carousels, and stories

Artist & Entertainment Research

●       Research upcoming songs, collaborations, artist journeys, and controversies

●       Keep tabs on fan pages, viral accounts, and fandom culture

●       Be aware of what’s buzzing in music & cinema circles before it hits mainstream

Meme Creation & Caption Game

●       Write crisp, relatable captions with personality

●       Use meme culture to drive engagement

●       Know what’s funny, what’s forced, and what’s fire

Basic Editing & Visual Content

●       Edit reels and stories using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.

●       Maintain aesthetic consistency

●       Keep visuals fresh, fun, and scroll-stopping

Community Building

●       Engage with DMs, comments, and fans like a real human

●       Be the voice of the brand online

●       Build a fan-first relationship with the audience

Platform Management

●       Handle posting schedules

●       Ensure consistency across platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook)

●       Support campaigns, artist launches, and entertainment activations
