Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Luxury Travel, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase sales. Additional duties include market research, attending industry events, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new high-net-worth clients, corporates, and social groups to grow the Azura portfolio Sales Ownership: Drive sales across private trips, milestone celebrations, retreats, and curated experiences Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, event planners, and influencers Referral & Rewards Program: Lead and manage Azura’s client referral program, optimizing for loyalty and repeat business Event Support: Collaborate on planning and closing private events, offsites, and pop-ups (India & international) Brand Representation: Represent Azura at lifestyle events, social gatherings, and trade shows to elevate brand visibility Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop pitch decks, campaign strategies, and lead conversion plans Qualifications Business Development and Sales skills Client Relationship Management and Networking skills Market Research and Analysis skills Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Promotional Strategy Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the luxury travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Associate Travel Designer

As an Associate Travel Designer, your primary role will be to provide day-to-day support to the Principal Travel Designer, responding to incoming requests and assisting in managing client needs. Each day will be unique, requiring strong communication and time management skills, flexibility, and teamwork to ensure quality service and timely support.Key Responsibilities You will complete a variety of tasks as requested by Travel Designers, including but not limited to: Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Reservations: Conduct hotel rate checks, confirm amenities, and liaise with suppliers. Help coordinate reservations for hotels, transportation, and activities. Provide destination and activity recommendations. Itinerary & Profile Management: Assist in creating detailed itineraries and updating client profiles. Ensure that hotels accommodate client preferences and VIP treatment. Administrative Support: Help with invoicing, travel insurance research, and air quote requests. Maintain spreadsheets for client tracking and support Travel Designers when they are out. Collaboration & Development: Attend meetings, follow guidelines, and actively seek ways to provide additional support. Uphold company values of excellence, teamwork, and innovation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and similar tools. Additional Requirements: Ability to work 10.30 AM – 6 PM IST and a minimum of 18 months of commitment. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and some travel industry experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate: Highly organized and proactive. Ability to adapt and stay calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Enthusiastic and team-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passion for travel and the travel industry.
