Job Description

Job Overview: We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Expert to develop and execute a results-driven strategy across our social platforms. You’ll be responsible for content creation, scheduling, community engagement, performance tracking, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) Manage posting schedule across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Engage with the community: respond to comments, DMs, and spark conversations Connect with Influencers with right target audience Plan photoshoots and campaigns Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report insights Stay updated on social trends and adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate with other team members (e.g., design, marketing, product) Requirements: Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (portfolio or case studies required) Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends Creative thinker with excellent visual and writing skills Experience with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar Analytical mindset and comfortable using insights to adjust strategies Bonus: experience with paid social ads or influencer marketing
