Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Own

  Instagram and LinkedIn for lead generation

  , not awareness alone

• Script, shoot, edit, and publish short form video and carousels

  tailored to business owners
• Write

  clear and persuasive copy for posts, hooks, captions, and landing pages

• Plan content calendars aligned to campaigns, offers, and sales priorities

• Track funnel performance

  in Sheets or Excel, from post to inquiry to qualified lead
• Build and

  maintain reporting, reach, engagement, CTR to lead, lead to qualified

• Coordinate with sales and performance teams

  so content supports lead flow and follow ups
• Run structured content experiments, creative, hook, CTA, and document learnings

• Manage comments and DMs with a clear playbook for handoff to sales

Skills & Experience Required

• 2 years in B2B social ( SaaS preferred) or content marketing

  with measurable lead outcomes

• Strong on-camera and production skills, scripting, framing, audio, basic editing

• Portfolio of B2B content, showing at least three assets that generated inbound leads
• Working knowledge of

  lead funnels, UTMs, Link in Bio flows, and basic analytics

• Comfortable in

  Sheets or Excel, pivot tables, simple formulas

  , data cleanup
• Clear written communication, stakeholder management, and high accountability
• Experience in

  WhatsApp-centric

  funnels or CRM handoffs
• Basic

  design skills for carousels and thumbnails, Figma or Canva

• Familiarity with LinkedIn founder led content and thought leadership
