Role Overview

Social Media & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality

  Reels, Statics, and Carousels

  aligned with the brand’s couture identity.
• Write impactful and brand-aligned

  captions, scripts, and copy

  for all platforms.
• Plan and execute a monthly

  content calendar

  across Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Direct, style, and manage

  content shoots

  , from concept to execution.
• Identify and use

  relevant trends, music, and hooks

  to keep content fresh and relatable.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms and engagement best practices.

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns

  for product drops, events, and promotions.

• Oversee performance marketing

  efforts executed by our external agency.
• Track weekly and monthly

  analytics across platforms

  (reach, engagement, traffic, saves, shares)

• Shoot client-led BTS shots during studio appointments

  .

• Create presentation decks

  for client appointments.
• Schedule and send broadcast messages to segmented lists via

  WhatsApp API or Business Tools

  .
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries as needed, reflecting our brand tone.
• Actively manage and grow brand presence on:

  Instagram, Pinterest, Threads, Facebook, WhatsApp, & LinkedIn.

Technical Skills

• Experienced in

  phone-based content creation

  (reels, BTS)
• Proficient in

  Canva

  for designing stories, posts, and social assets
• Skilled in video editing using

  InShot

  and

  VN

• Comfortable handling basic shoot direction and framing using a smartphone

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
• Strong ability to focus on consuming content on social media to apply relevant features.
