Social Media Marketing Executive

Growth Atom is a dynamic digital marketing agency in Kolkata helping businesses unlock their true potential through innovative strategies, powerful storytelling, and impactful online presence. We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Executive to join our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community interaction across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all platforms.
• Support in content creation — captions, hashtags, reels, carousels, and stories.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant terms into social content for better reach.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to suggest data-driven improvements.
• Engage with followers: responding to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
• Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content formats, and carousel posts.
• Google Analytics or social media certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about digital content and marketing.
