We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Intern to join our fast-growing team. You’ll work closely with our content and strategy team to build engaging, conversion-driven content across multiple platforms for a range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing monthly social media strategies and calendars. Help manage daily posting, monitoring, and community interaction across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging accuracy in all posts. Assist in creating content—visuals, captions, hashtags, reels, and carousels. Monitor analytics and performance of content to suggest improvements. Support in follower engagement—answering DMs, comments, and managing stories. Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep our content relevant. Work collaboratively with the design team to support campaign execution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar. Understanding of basic SEO. Familiarity with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and carousel content formats. Google Analytics or social media certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital content.
