Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, experienced in managing social media platforms, and ready to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor and manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
• Collaborate with the design and content team to produce creative visuals and campaigns
• Track and analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in executing paid social media campaigns when needed
• Support the overall digital marketing strategy and content calendar

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Experience with paid campaigns is an added advantage
