Respected Candidates Hope all are doing well Job Title: Social Media Marketer Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Social Media and Affiliate Marketing ______________ Job Description We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketer to lead our digital presence across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp Business, and Mailchimp. You will be responsible for building strong brand engagement, managing affiliate marketing efforts, and driving conversions through personalized campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Meta (Facebook & Instagram): o Plan, create, and schedule posts to engage our target audience (seniors & their families). o Design ad campaigns and boost relevant content to increase reach and conversions. o Manage Meta Ads Manager for lead generation and remarketing campaigns. o Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. WhatsApp Business: o Set up automated messaging and personalized outreach for customer interaction. o Manage segmented broadcast lists to share updates, offers, and care-related content. o Collaborate with the customer care team to improve lead nurturing and user experience. Mailchimp: o Build and manage email campaigns targeted toward caregivers, elderly clients, and affiliate partners. o Design newsletters with thoughtful and emotional content. o Segment lists, A/B test campaigns, and analyze open/click-through rates to refine email strategies. Affiliate Marketing: o Recruit and manage affiliate partners in the elder care and wellness space. o Track performance of affiliate campaigns and ensure payout cycles are smooth and on time. o Identify new collaboration and partnership opportunities online. ______________ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta, WhatsApp Business, Mailchimp & affiliate marketing. Strong portfolio of past work (campaign screenshots, content samples, performance reports preferred). Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is a plus. Good understanding of content trends and senior citizen/caregiving communities online.
