Were looking for a creative, analytical, and hands-on Social Media & Growth Marketing Expert who can make content go viral, grow our user base, and shape our social presence from the ground up. Youll be both the strategist and creator, testing ideas, producing content fast, and turning insights into measurable growth. Responsibilities: Create and edit short-form videos (15–30s) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Produce all marketing content end-to-end — from idea script shoot/edit publish Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social platforms Share content and engage in relevant online communities (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Discord, etc.) Collaborate with founders to run creative experiments that drive user signups and retention Track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine growth strategies continuously Requirements: ~1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, or growth marketing Hands-on creator — able to design, film, edit, and publish content independently Proven record of making content go viral or driving audience growth Skilled in short-form video tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editors) Experience working with SaaS or AI products is a strong plus Comfortable managing communities and iterating fast Why Join Us: Fully remote with flexible hours Transparent compensation + performance-based bonuses Be an early member of a fast-growing AI startup and help shape our growth playbook High autonomy and creative ownership — see your work directly impact user growth Work closely with founders to define brand voice and social strategy
