Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, create and optimize engaging content for various platforms, enhance social media presence, and drive audience engagement. Responsibilities also include staying updated on trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and driving engagement through multiple platforms
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop and manage compelling content tailored for target audiences
• Strong Communication skills to effectively manage collaborations, and interact with audiences and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Ability to adapt to trends, work independently in a remote environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with digital analytics tools and a solid understanding of social media tools and platforms
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, preferably in AI or digital ecosystems, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
