Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and highly skilled Social Media Marketer with a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and content strategy. This role involves managing content calendars, creating mood boards, and maintaining a visually cohesive brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage monthly post calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop and present mood boards and visual directions aligned with brand aesthetics
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to deliver engaging, high-quality content
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply insights to enhance reach and engagement
• Write platform-specific copy and captions that reflect the brand tone
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies for optimal performance
• Ensure timely posting and consistent branding across all platforms
• Maintain content and campaigns within a fixed monthly budget of ₹18,000 – ₹21,000

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in social media marketing
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates aesthetic vision and strategic planning
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of algorithms, formats, and best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
• Excellent written communication and project management skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized

Only experienced professionals with a strong sense of design and brand aesthetics will be considered.
Freshers or candidates without the required experience will not be shortlisted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
