Job Description We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist who can plan, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, problem solver, and digital native with a passion for branding and client success. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Planning Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Design and manage monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps. Develop unique brand voices and strategies for each client. Content Management & Scheduling Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube , etc. Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social media tools. Campaigns & Product Launches Plan and execute campaigns around product launches , company events, or major initiatives. Run and manage paid promotions like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads (Google Ads knowledge is a bonus). Client Communication & Problem Solving Attend and lead client calls to understand business goals and challenges. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable solutions to improve their digital presence. Growth & Engagement Increase follower count and engagement rates across all managed platforms. Collaborate with influencers and similar industry pages for cross-promotions and visibility. Performance Monitoring Track, analyze, and report performance metrics. Suggest optimizations based on campaign insights and analytics. Requirements 3–6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role Experience managing multiple brand accounts Expertise in running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , YouTube Ads , and optional Google Ads Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for design and trends Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later , etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of branding, audience targeting, and campaign success metrics Ability to multitask and meet deadlines across different clients Preferred Skills Influencer outreach & collaboration Video-first platform strategy (Reels, Shorts) Knowledge of tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics , or Meta Business Suite Knowledge of client handling and proposal creation is a plus Why Join Us?
