Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and manage end-to-end social media campaigns. Develop engaging and audience-specific content strategies to achieve business objectives. Create high-quality posts, stories, and other content to maintain an active social presence. Optimize social media profiles to maximize reach and engagement. Collaborate with the design and video editing teams for visual content creation. Build relationships with influencers and manage collaborations to enhance brand visibility. Monitor, analyze, and interpret data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Qualifications 1-2 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO). Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives. Expertise in developing content strategies that drive audience growth and engagement. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with influencer marketing and its impact on brand development. Proficiency in social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
