About The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Social Media Manager to own end-to-end social presence, creative execution, and paid-social performance for emerging and established brands. This role combines strategic planning, content production oversight, community management, and data-driven optimization to lift brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across major social platforms.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a channel-level social media strategy and content calendar aligned to business goals (brand equity, demand, retention).
  • Create and manage end-to-end social campaigns—brief creatives, coordinate production, launch organic and paid activations, and optimize for KPIs.
  • Manage community and reputation: monitor conversations, respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and maintain brand voice guidelines across platforms.
  • Set up and optimise paid social campaigns (audience targeting, bidding, A/B tests), track ROAS/CTR, and reallocate spend for maximum impact.
  • Measure and report performance with actionable insights—prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, highlight growth opportunities and content wins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, insights) and external partners (agencies, creators) to scale content and influencer programs.
