Job Title: Social Media Manager (with Photo & Video Editing Skills) Location: Noida Experience: 1–5 years Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our brand’s online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and others.The ideal candidate must be well-versed in photo and video editing, social media trends, and performance-driven content strategies to grow our following, increase engagement, and drive sales. This is a results-focused role that combines creativity with marketing knowledge to help build a strong digital footprint for the company. Key Responsibilities -Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Plan, create, and publish engaging photo and video content regularly Edit reels, shorts, and image creatives using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc. Monitor social trends, hashtags, and viral content and use them to improve reach. Handle community engagement – respond to comments, DMs, and build brand loyalty Use Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager to boost posts. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts. Track and analyze social media performance using insights and tools. Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to align content with business goals. Suggest new ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions. Candidate Requirements 1–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
