Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and driving their brands’ online presence to new heights. This role requires a dynamic individual who can juggle multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional social media strategies tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs for each client.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each client's brand across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization based on each client’s goals.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create strong networks for clients.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns that align with each client’s business goals.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns for each client and report on ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns for clients, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research for different clients.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
