Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, results-driven, and highly creative Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand’s digital presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will design and execute powerful campaigns across social platforms, paid advertising channels, and job boards, ensuring measurable impact on brand visibility and business growth. This role requires a unique combination of strategic vision, creativity, and analytical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Indeed, and Google Ads.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content such as posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives.
  • Manage and optimize the social media and advertising calendar to ensure timely execution aligned with campaigns and brand goals.
  • Run and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage employer branding and hiring campaigns on Indeed, leveraging digital ads to attract top talent.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Build and nurture an online community through regular engagement and authentic communication.
  • Lead influencer collaborations and digital partnerships to expand reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management and digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Indeed job campaign tools.
  • Exceptional skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative campaign development.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure ROI.
  • Experience in paid campaigns, performance optimization, and budget handling.
  • Creative mindset with attention to design aesthetics and trend adaptation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

What We Offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
