The role blends creativity with analytical thinking and requires strong production skills, camera knowledge, and social media expertise. You will manage end-to-end production and act as the key link between clients, social media managers, and internal creative teams (editors, designers, copywriters). Key Responsibilities Content Ideation & Strategy Develop creative content ideas across short-form and long-form formats tailored for each platform (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Script, storyboard, and plan shoots based on brand objectives and social media trends. Use analytics and insights to refine content strategy for better reach and engagement. Production & Execution Shoot and direct videos using mobile and professional cameras, ensuring high-quality output. Manage full production process – pre-production, shooting, and post-production. Work across diverse content types – Reels, YouTube explainers, interviews, tutorials, product videos, event coverage, etc. Team & Client Coordination Collaborate with social media managers to align content with campaign goals.
