Social Media Manager

We're a new company with a rapidly growing client portfolio, and we're looking for a passionate and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our foundational team.

Budget - 30k to 40k per month

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute KPI-driven social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of D2C clients, focusing on measurable growth in followers, engagement, and reach.
• Own the content calendar from ideation to execution, managing a monthly deliverable of posts and Reels.
• Engage with and grow online communities, maintaining our clients' unique brand voices.
• Analyze campaign performance, decode the data, and deliver regular, insightful reports that focus on what truly matters.
• Collaborate with our network of freelance creators to produce scroll-stopping static and video content.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep our clients in the lead.

Who You Are:

• You have

  2+ years of hands-on experience

  as a Social Media Manager, ideally working with D2C or FMCG brands.
• You live and breathe social media, but you're obsessed with the 'why' behind the 'what'.
• You're not afraid of data; you know how to read analytics and translate them into actionable strategies.
• You're a creative thinker and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent communication skills and can manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
