Social Media Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who excels in balancing strategy, creativity, and execution. The ideal candidate will have the ability to decode briefs, lead content direction, and facilitate communication between clients and creators, all while staying ahead of trends and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and dissect creative briefs with clarity and vision.
• Act as the liaison between clients and our creative team, ensuring timelines, feedback, and expectations are aligned.
• Ideate and collaborate on campaign concepts with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Transform insights into engaging content ideas across various platforms.
• Identify trends early and incorporate them into brand narratives.
• Plan and execute content shoots for short-form videos as needed.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize content based on performance metrics.
• Manage multiple deadlines with a sense of calm, respecting realistic timelines.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media strategy, content execution, and community building.
• Proven experience in brainstorming and collaborating with creatives, including art directors, copywriters, and strategists.
• Proficiency in planning, shooting, and optimizing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts).
• Familiarity with reading and analyzing social media metrics and using insights to inform next steps.
• Ability to juggle timelines, remain calm under pressure, and maintain high creative quality.
• Experience working in an agency environment, adept at managing multiple clients and fast turnarounds.
• Skill in building a content calendar that avoids burnout for both the team and the audience.
• Ability to write captivating captions while knowing when visuals should take center stage.
• Understanding that trends are tools, not rules, and that not every idea requires trending audio.
