Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Greater Noida. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. The daily tasks include creating and publishing content, optimizing company pages across various social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and communicate with followers to respond to queries and monitor customer reviews.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret social media performance metrics
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
