Job Description

We are a US-based e-commerce fashion brand with a growing team in Mohali, Punjab. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, build brand awareness, and engage global audiences.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.Manage daily posting, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.Create and coordinate with design/video teams for fashion-focused, high-quality creatives.Work with the digital marketing team to align paid and organic social strategies.Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.Identify and capitalize on US marketplace social media trends to keep the brand competitive.Support campaign launches, product promotions, and seasonal branding activities.Requirements4–5 years of experience managing social media for e-commerce brands.Proven track record in the fashion and clothing industry.Strong understanding of the US marketplace and international social media trends.Expertise in managing platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Ability to develop and execute content strategies, influencer collaborations, and ad campaigns.Strong skills in content planning, storytelling, and brand positioning.Proficiency in using social media analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization.Excellent communication in English and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
