Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager. The role will be based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media growth, and monitoring engagement to ensure alignment with brand goals. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with teams to create compelling content and foster effective communication with our audience to amplify the brand's message. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities Understanding of current trends in digital marketing and social media platforms Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze social media metrics Experience with social media management tools is a plus
