Role Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, implementing communication strategies, optimizing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and writing compelling copy.

• Developing strategies: Create and oversee strategies to increase engagement and followers on social media
• Creating and managing content: Create and maintain content for social media, including written posts, photos, and graphics
• Running campaigns: Create and manage social media campaigns, including defining KPIs and setting budgets
• Analyzing data: Review analytics to measure the success of campaigns and posts
• Engaging with followers: Respond to comments and questions, and conduct customer service
• Collaborating with others: Work with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, and sales
• Staying current: Keep up with social media trends and industry news
• Reporting: Report on achievements and problems to stakeholders and the marketing team

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Experience in developing communication strategies for social media
• Creative mindset and ability to think out of the box
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
• Content Strategy and Writing abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent time management and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,560.53 - ₹65,640.70 per month
