Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all company/brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, 
  • YouTube, etc.). 
  • Regularly create, schedule, and post content to keep channels active and engaging. 
  • Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website/app traffic. 
  • Respond to audience interactions and foster online community engagement. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media initiatives with business goals. 
  • Analyse social media metrics and create performance reports to optimize campaigns and strategies. 


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate. 
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. 
  • Creative mindset with ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts. 
  • Excellent written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
