We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our team — someone who can manage our social media presence and handle client brand accounts with strategy, style, and storytelling flair.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for Shoton Pictures and client brands.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Coordinate with the creative, video, and design teams to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
• Write captions, briefs, and content calendars aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Monitor analytics and generate monthly performance reports with insights and improvements.
• Handle client communication for ongoing social media projects — updates, approvals, and feedback.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and content formats relevant to film, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Media Studies (Optional not must).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Punjabi preferred).
• Ability to think creatively and strategically about brand storytelling.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and passion for content and visual storytelling.
