Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for Shoton Pictures and client brands. Manage day-to-day operations of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts. Coordinate with the creative, video, and design teams to ensure timely and quality content delivery. Write captions, briefs, and content calendars aligned with brand tone and campaign goals. Monitor analytics and generate monthly performance reports with insights and improvements. Handle client communication for ongoing social media projects — updates, approvals, and feedback. Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and content formats relevant to film, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Media Studies (Optional not must). 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing . Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube analytics . Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Punjabi preferred).
