Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things social, possess a deep understanding of various social platforms, and have a proven track record of growing online communities, driving engagement, and achieving measurable results. Location: Vesu, Surat Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) Craft compelling content calendars in alignment with brand tone, campaign objectives, and current trends Work closely with design, content, and strategy teams to produce engaging posts (static, video, reels, stories) Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and optimize based on data Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, memes, and cultural moments—and translate them into brand-relevant content Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if applicable) Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency environment. Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices. Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite Analytics). Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful social media campaigns. Proficiency in creating compelling and engaging written, visual, and video content for social media.
